Healing through the practice: Finding Peace Through
Embodiment
THE JOURNEY
Isabella's entry into yoga began as a personal quest for healing and self-discovery. After years of navigating high-stress environments, she discovered Eastern spiritual philosophies and meditation. Initially practicing via a smartphone app, she soon recognized how yoga could alleviate pressure on healthcare systems by helping individuals reclaim agency over their own mental health and wellbeing.
A lifelong visual artist, Isabella is a highly creative individual who comes from a family of mental health practitioners. Observing the delicate balance between their taxing work and family life provided her with a deep understanding of the unique challenges facing modern psychological healthcare approaches.
Motivated to address the limitations of these systemic frameworks, she began to explore yoga as a career with the hopes to employ these Dharmic traditions that emphasize wholeness and simplicity over conventional diagnostic or talk-based solutions, in order to help individuals find a sense of peace in their lives. As a sensitive individual naturally inclined toward the healing arts, she felt inspired to tackle these larger issues starting with the cultivation of peace within her own body and mind.
Isabella maintained a dedicated solo practice for five years, primarily utilizing digital tools before eventually transitioning into studio environments and building relationships with mentors. This path of personal agency was integral to developing the deep conviction and authentic testimony she brings to her teaching today.
Her current practice is rooted in compassionate inclusivity, authenticity, and the cultivation of a regulated presence.

Dharma is an ancient Sanskrit word with no single direct English translation. At its core, it means "that which upholds or sustains".
It generally refers to cosmic order, moral duty, righteousness, and the right way of living
